From burnout to balance — and now I help others find their way back, too.
If you’re here, it’s probably because you’re tired of feeling "off" — wired but exhausted, overwhelmed but pushing through. You’ve tried yoga, supplements, maybe even therapy. And while some of it helps, something still feels stuck.
I get it. I’ve lived it.
My Turning Point
I spent years as a corporate executive in the healthcare industry — high-functioning on the outside, but inside I was barely holding it together. Daily headaches, muscle tension, brain fog, restless nights, and an ever-present undercurrent of irritability were my norm. I kept asking, "Is this just how life is now?"
Eventually, my body made it clear: it was done coping. I needed more than surface-level fixes. I needed a map back to myself.
That realization led me to study the nervous system, somatic healing, and the science of mind–body connection. I began integrating cutting-edge tools — including therapeutic music, Somatic IFS Coaching, Reiki, and trauma-informed practices — to support my own healing. These modalities helped me reconnect to my body, regulate my energy, and feel like myself again.
Now, I help others do the same.

My Approach
My work blends science with compassion. Whether we’re using music-based programs like the Safe and Sound Protocol™ or Rest and Restore Protocol™, engaging in Somatic Internal Family Systems (IFS) Coaching, working with energy through Reiki, or soon exploring Brainspotting — the goal is the same: To help your nervous system feel safe, your mind feel clear, and your body feel like home again.
